JobSummary :

Ensurethat the machines are running efficiently and producing the highestquality products daily and throughout theshift.

EssentialDuties &Responsibilities :

• Developa solid foundation of mechanical and operational expertise withproduction equipment used to make our plasticbottles.
• Learningthe entire production process to ensure proper troubleshooting ofissues or errors thatarise.
• Troubleshootequipment and auxiliary parts to keep production lines runningefficiently.
• Developability to perform mold changes and run a project to start theproductionrun.
• Performpreventive maintenance based on schedule set forth bymanager.
• Becomeproficient in HDPE extrusion blow molding and PET reheat &stretch blowmolding.
• Completemaintenance projects in compliance with sanitation policies andprocedures.
• Learnand become familiar with quality control procedures for ourproducts including measurable testing for meeting productspecifications.
• Otherduties asassigned.
• Thisposition will have no supervisoryresponsibilities.

FirstShift Hours :

MonThurs6 : 00am4 : 00pm (10 hours shift) *Occasional on call weekendwork.

Qualifications and Requirements : Experience in pneumatics,hydraulics, electrical, mechanics, CNC and welding equipment. Threeto five years experience in a supervisory role.

High school diplomaor GED required. Effective communication skills both verbal andwritten. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Occasional bending,lifting, twisting, and stooping is required to performduties.
